Abstract: This study examines the impact of integrated marketing strategies on customer experience in FTWZ and 3PL services at V Unit Logistics India Pvt. Ltd. It focuses on how coordinated communication channels such as digital marketing, social media, and CRM systems influence customer satisfaction. Data collected from customers indicates that integrated strategies improve engagement and overall experience, though areas like email marketing and website effectiveness need enhancement. The study concludes that effective integration of marketing efforts plays a vital role in strengthening customer relationships and improving service performance in the logistics sector.
