Abstract
In the fast-moving challenging and over anticipation of life stress has the common observable fact of every human being. The pressure from the workplace, the fulfillment of demands of family and achieving the individual goals occur burnout, stress, anxiety among every individual. People search for stress free life, mental peace and fulfillment of various expectations. In the teaching profession teachers are also facing lots of stress. The Bhagavad Gita is the solutions to bring out the journey of life nurture the peace, harmony and spirituality in us and also our surrounding. This study focuses the different sources of teacher’s stress and to identify the different ways to stress management through the holy Book Bhagavad Gita. This study based on secondary data. The researcher found that that how teachers are managing the stress from the Gita.
