Abstract: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has evolved from charitable endeavors to a strategic necessity that is essential to international corporate operations. This study looks at how CSR has changed over time, the main factors influencing its uptake, regional variations, and how it affects stakeholder engagement, company performance, and brand reputation. Using a mixed-method approach that includes surveys and interviews with international firms, the study discovers strong positive correlations between CSR and consumer behavior, staff happiness, and financial performance. Strategic recommendations for successful CSR integration in a globally diversified company environment are included in the paper’s conclusion.
