Abstract - Today, it is more crucial than ever to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) at every stage, from design and production to end-of-life, in sectors that prioritize sustainability. Utilizing AI technologies, businesses may choose the right resources, cut waste, and increase energy efficiency by making data-driven decisions. This is particularly helpful for figuring out why products fail, forecasting demand, and streamlining the manufacturing process. AI supports businesses with automation, effective resource use, and real-time decision-making. This makes it possible to manage the stages of product design, manufacturing, use, and disposal in a sustainable way. It promotes business expansion in addition to environmental preservation. In crucial situations, AI-powered PLM guarantees prompt and precise judgments. Appropriate decisions can be made using predictive analytics, which is based on data gathered from multiple departments. Businesses that successfully integrate AI with sustainability will be major actors on the global stage in the future.
