ABSTRACT
Women empowerment and gender diversity have emerged as critical components of sustainable social and economic development, particularly in the context of working women. This study focuses on analyzing the perceptions of working women regarding empowerment and gender diversity in the workplace. It examines how factors such as education, employment status, income level, organizational support, and socio-cultural norms influence their level of empowerment. The study also explores the extent to which gender diversity practices, including equal opportunities, fair treatment, and inclusive policies, are implemented in organizations and how they shape women’s experiences.Overall, the study concludes that while progress has been made in enhancing women empowerment and gender diversity, there is still a need for continuous policy support, awareness, and organizational commitment to achieve true gender equality. Strengthening inclusive practices and promoting equal opportunities will not only empower women but also contribute to organizational effectiveness and societal development.
