In today’s rapidly evolving business environment, making accurate and timely strategic decisions is essential for sustainable success. Predictive analytics, which leverages historical and real-time data to forecast future outcomes, has become a critical tool for businesses to gain competitive advantage. This research paper explores the role of predictive analytics in strategic business decision-making, examining its adoption across industries, benefits, challenges, and impact on organizational performance. Through a structured questionnaire distributed to business professionals, this study analyses awareness levels, practical applications, and obstacles faced in implementing predictive analytics. The findings underscore the transformative potential of predictive analytics while highlighting the need for skilled personnel and robust data governance to maximize its benefits.
