Abstract: This study aims to analyze customer perception towards products, sales, and services of Pedaleze E-cycles in the context of growing demand for eco-friendly transportation. With increasing environmental awareness, e-cycles are emerging as a sustainable mobility solution. The study focuses on key factors such as product awareness, customer satisfaction, product issues, and cost and service. A descriptive research design was adopted, and primary data were collected from 140 respondents using a structured questionnaire. As the data did not follow normal distribution, non-parametric tools such as Mann–Whitney U Test, Kruskal–Wallis Test, and Chi-Square Test were applied. The results reveal a generally positive customer perception, with no statistically significant differences across demographic variables. The study provides insights for improving product features, marketing strategies, and after-sales services to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
