Abstract
The traditional handwriting-based prescription system is prone to errors, primarily due to illegible penmanship, leading to significant risks in medication dispensing. This research proposes a Voice-Based QR Code Prescription Module that leverages Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Speech Recognition to digitize the prescription workflow. The system captures vocal clinical instructions, converts them into structured digital text, and encodes the data into a secure Quick Response (QR) code. This methodology ensures data integrity, minimizes pharmacological errors, and provides a seamless interface between clinicians and pharmacists. Our results indicate a significant reduction in processing time and a higher degree of accuracy compared to manual entry.
