ABSTRACT:
Job Hirer is a smart recruitment and candidate management system developed using Django and Python to simplify and automate the hiring process for companies and recruiters. It is designed to manage job postings, candidate applications, resume analysis, ATS score evaluation, and candidate ranking within a centralized platform. The system includes an advanced Resume Parsing feature that automatically extracts candidate information such as name, email, phone number, skills, education, and experience from uploaded resumes in PDF and DOCX formats. Using keyword-based analysis and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) scoring, the platform compares candidate resumes with job descriptions to identify the most suitable applicants. A Candidate Ranking module is implemented to rank applicants based on skill matching, ATS score, and job requirements, helping recruiters shortlist candidates efficiently. The project also uses databases for securely storing candidate details, job information, parsed resume data, and recruitment records. Additionally, Selenium automation testing is integrated to perform automated testing on company pages for automated jobs posting with less amount of time to upload with less human work and recruitment workflows, ensuring system reliability, functionality, and performance. The project aims to reduce manual recruitment effort, improve hiring accuracy, and provide a faster and more efficient hiring experience for both recruiters and candidates.
