Cancellation Policy
Eligibility for Cancellation:
Authors can cancel their paper submission within 24 hours from the time of submission.
Once the acceptance email has been delivered, the cancellation request will not be entertained, and the paper will proceed through the publication process.
Cancellation Process:
To cancel your paper submission, please send an email to our support team at [editor@isjem.com] with the subject line “Cancellation Request – [Your Paper ID]”.
Include the following details in your email:
Your Paper ID
Title of the Paper
Name of the Corresponding Author
Reason for Cancellation (optional)
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility:
If a cancellation request is submitted and approved before the acceptance email is delivered, you are eligible for a full refund of any fees paid.
Refund Process:
Once the cancellation request is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 7 business days.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the paper submission within 7 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
